FULL GEAR SERVICE WORKSHOP
As a PADI 5-Star Dive Center we offer all services related to equipment services at our headquarters location in Guaynabo. Following are the main services we offer on a daily basis:

REGULATOR MAINTENANCE

  • 1st and 2nd Stage cleaning & overhaul service
  • Full regulator set inspection and diagnostic
  • New kits installation (kits sold separately)
  • Replaced working parts (O-rings, filters, high- & low-pressure seats)
  • Replaced broken parts (mouthpiece, hoses, console, instruments, etc.)
  • 1st Stage final test in-water and IP calibration for optimal breathing

BCD MAINTENANCE

  • Full Buoyancy Control Device (BCD) overhaul service
  • BCD inspection and diagnostic
  • Cleaning external components and internal bladder
  • Power inflator service with new kit installation (kit sold separately)
  • Replaced damaged parts (O-rings, straps, corrugated hose, etc.)
  • BCD final test in-water

TANK VALVE REPAIR

  • Empty tank for valve removal
  • Tank valve cleaning and O-rings replacement
  • Tank valve kit installation (kit sold separately)
  • Tank valve rebuild, lubrication, and pressure test

TANK VISUAL INSPECTION

  • Empty tank valve removal
  • Cylinder external and internal inspection
  • Tank valve cleaning and O-rings replacement
  • Tank valve kit installation (kit sold separately)
  • Tank air fill to certified pressure
  • Official certification sticker valid for one (1) year

TANK HYDROSTATIC INSPECTION

  • All services included in Tank Visual Inspection
  • Cylinder hydrostatic inspection at high pressure (5,000psi)
  • Official marking on metal valid for five (5) years

COMPUTER BATTERY CHANGE

  • Computer inspection and diagnostic
  • Battery removal & replacement
  • O-ring cleanup and lubrication
  • Reinstall and tested for functionality

OTHER SERVICES

  • Mask seal fix
  • Broken fin straps
  • Dive light issues
  • BCD attachments
  • Others

For our repair shop services, please bring your gear to our headquarters location in Guaynabo so we can quote and advise you properly. We require your signature on this form and a 50% payment to service your gear.
