TRAINING CURRICULUM

In 1 hour sessions, the AquaFit Training program focuses on swimming skills and water safety including:

  • Safety protocols
  • Enter and exit
  • Trust and submersion
  • Body positions
  • Proper air recover
  • Wearing a lifejacket

  • Diving skills
  • Various kicking techniques
  • Direction change
  • Forward and rotary movements
  • Front and back flotation
  • Integrated displacement

Not sure which class level is the best option for you?  No problem.  Conduct a professional swim and water safety test to determine your current skill level.  This will not only allow you to get to see our facilities and meet our certified Instructors, but we can also recommend the best training plan for you. Swim Evaluations are free of cost.

What's Included

  • Average of eight (8) sessions per month
  • 1-hour training per workout with a certified Trainer

CRITERIA TO JOIN

All participants must meet these requirements:

  • Skills – Competitive level, able to swim independently
  • Age – Minimum 12 years and over, typically over 18 years
  • Guardian– None required

GEAR CHECKLIST

Below is the aquatic gear that should be acquired for this level:

REQUIRED

  • Towel, single-piece swimsuit, goggles, swim cap (long hair), fins, kickboard, paddles, buoy, dry clothing

RECOMMENDED

  • Mesh bag, stability snorkel

Monthly Program

The training sessions are offered Monday through Saturdays through a Monthly Program for $145 per month, the same rate for over a decade. Our customers typically take two sessions per week through an extended period to truly reap its benefits. This is why we created the “Extended Program Package” with three important benefits:

Extended Program Package

  1. Service Discount: 20% discount for 6 months or 30% discount for one year.
  2. Guaranteed Space: With this confirmation, we can guarantee the limited space for your training sessions.
  3. Your Goal: Getting in shape and strengthening your swimming skills requires time and discipline. When you sign up to our Extended Program, we are confident that you will achieve and most likely exceed your goals and expectations.

Service Options

Subject to availability, training sessions are offered through a certified trainer these days and times on a weekly basis:

  • Option 1: Mondays & Wednesdays at 7:00am
  • Option 2: Tuesdays & Thursdays at 6:00pm

Cancellation Policy

Payment is required to make your reservation and our duty is to provide the best possible service. This is our mutual commitment. Full refunds apply for cancellations in writing 48 hours and a 50% refund 24 hours prior to the service. We do not offer refunds for cancellations made less than 24 hours, late arrivals, no-shows, or extreme circumstances that may impede the service.

AVAILABILITY AGREEMENT

All bookings are subject to change due to factors like weather conditions, staff availability, quorum and unexpected events. If a reschedule is necessary, your flexibility to properly coordinate services is greatly appreciated.

PROCESSING FEES

All prices are based on our service only. A 17.5% processing fee is added at checkout to include the 10.5% state tax, 1% municipality tax, and 6% service fee. These charges are required to comply with government agencies and the booking platform. We sincerely appreciate your support.
