Scuba Dogs celebrates exciting activities that are perfect for birthday parties and special occasions at our Dive & Aquatic Center in Guaynabo. It consists of a 4-hour private pool party celebration in our 20’X40’ heated pool up to 12’ deep. Enjoy a fun-filled aquatic adventure with friends & family under direct supervision of our certified professionals. Up to 40 guests are welcome at our excellent facilities with parking area, lockers, restrooms, showers, classroom with video projector, ample 2nd floor terrace, plus of course, the pool area with swings and aquatic toys.

HERE’S HOW IT WORKS:

1. Choose between celebrating a Fun Pool Party or Scuba Pool Party, see details below

2. Book your preferred date and time by making a 50% deposit for the minimum fifteen (15) participants

• Enjoy a 50% discount from the regular rate when booking 15+ participants

3. Visit our facilities to meet your event coordinator, validate the pool setup and logistics

• You may prefer to setup in both 1st and 2nd floor, or keep everyone together in the pool area
• You may also choose to rent our 10’ X 10’ tent for the 2nd floor including installation for $100
• Let us know if you prefer a Scuba Dogs’ shirt or hat (size/style) so we can prepare the gift bag

4. Pay balance to confirm final count 2 days / 48 hours prior to the event celebration

• Maximum 40 guests can participate in the water activities, but more guests are welcome to celebrate
• Let us know if you’d like to contract the tent or additional service hours ($100 per hour)
• Payment is required to confirm participation, but up to five (5) more may still join on celebration day at the same discounted rate

5. Let’s have fun!!

• Arrive early so we can help you decorate and setup
• Feel free to use our shop facilities for storing extra bags, food, cake, etc.
• Let us know how we can help (music preference, birthday celebration, etc.)
• Afterwards we help retrieve your decorations and we take care of the cleaning for you.

FUN POOL PARTY

Perfect for water lovers of all ages, the Fun Pool Party event is a unique celebration that turns our pool into a playground to enjoy aquatic toys and games with your friends and family. Including twenty (20) sets of masks & snorkels for snorkeling fun, volleyball net and ball installed across the pool for an exciting competition, and all sorts of aquatic toys and inflatables to float, play, and enjoy. Participants of all ages are welcome, but minors must be always accompanied by a supervising guardian (minimum Ratio of 3 children to 1 adult).

SCUBA POOL PARTY

Want to have a unique celebration like never before? Then the Scuba Pool Party is the perfect event for you! Designed for beginners who are not scuba certified and have never been diving, this epic adventure provides an unforgettable aquatic experience for friends and family to enjoy. This experience includes a thorough theory review, skills practice session in shallow waters, all scuba gear rentals, and a sequence of scuba tours so that everyone can explore breathing, floating, and the thrill of blowing bubbles underwater in the shallow or all the way down to our 12’ deep pool. It is required that participants are 8+ years old and comfortable in the water, also recommended to have minors accompanied by a guardian (minimum Ratio of 5 children to 1 adult).

Disclaimer Clarification

Availability Agreement

All bookings are subject to change due to factors like weather conditions, staff availability, quorum and unexpected events.

Cancellation Policy

Payment is required to make your reservation; this confirms your commitment with us. Our duty is to coordinate all resources needed to render the best available service; that is our commitment to you. Full refunds apply for cancellations notified in writing 48 hours prior to the reservation date. A 50% refund applies for cancellations notified in writing 24 hours prior to the reservation date. We do not offer refunds for cancellations made less than 24 hours, no-shows, or extreme circumstances that may impede continuing a service. Safety is always priority #1.
