ELIGIBILITY:
Participation is free, and all natural persons, legal residents of Puerto Rico, and visitors over eighteen (18) years of age are eligible to participate, with the exception of Scuba Dogs employees and/or contractors, members of the Scuba Dogs Society Board of Directors, the law firm used in the preparation of these rules, as well as all relatives up to the fourth degree of consanguinity and/or second degree of affinity of all persons described in this paragraph, in addition to any person residing with them. Each person may participate as many times as they like; each participation will be evaluated independently.

STEPS TO PARTICIPATE:

1.CONNECT WITH SCUBA DOGS:
There are three (3) valid options: 1. Visit the Scuba Dogs store in Guaynabo, Escambrón Marine Park in San Juan, or Copamarina Beach Resort & Spa in Guánica; 2. Participate in an official Scuba Dogs activity such as a diving excursion, an “Escambrón Embellece” environmental event, or a promotional event; 3. Create a creative concept that connects in a friendly way with Scuba Dogs.

2.TAKE A PHOTO OR VIDEO:
Unleash your creativity by capturing and/or editing images of the store, pool, beach, underwater adventure, or creative concept to highlight your presence in a unique way with Scuba Dogs.

3.POST ON YOUR SOCIAL MEDIA:
Publish the photo or video on your Instagram, Facebook, and/or TikTok account, tagging Scuba Dogs in the post, not just in the description (caption). It must be public and permanent so that it is reflected on the Scuba Dogs page. The post must be a “post,” not a “story.”

CONTEST PERIOD:
Starts October 1, 2025, at 1:00 a.m. and ends on October 1, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. All entries must be posted within this period and remain public at least until Saturday, October 31, 2026, to be eligible.

SOCIAL MEDIA:
The authorized publication media are the participating social media platforms Facebook, Instagram, and/or TikTok.

OFFICIAL JURY:
Under the supervision of a notarized attorney, a jury composed of three (3) Scuba Dogs employees and/or contractors will meet to review all posts submitted in accordance with the rules in chronological order.

WINNER SELECTION:
The Jury will determine the Contest winners between Thursday, October 1, 2026, and Thursday, October 15, 2026, considering the following two (2) criteria:

1: Visibility Score considering the total combination of reactions in the following order of priority: shares, comments, likes, and views. The platform with the highest visibility and reactions will be judged for the prize.

2: Creativity Score considering the quality of reproduction, originality, visual image, sound effects, integration of elements (store, pool, beach, boat, marine life), and adherence to the contest theme “Get Your Tail Wet with Scuba Dogs.”

SCORING SYSTEM:
Objectively and independently, each Judge will assign scores from one (1) to ten (10) for each post, with one (1) being the lowest and ten (10) being the highest, to determine the best performance.

RECORD OF RESULTS:
Each judge will have a blank sheet of paper with six (6) columns to comparatively document the following data for each post:

1: Participant’s Name – Full name of the person who posted the post.

2: Date of Posting – Date on which the participant first posted their piece.

3: Published Media(s) – The social media network(s) used to post.

4: Visibility Score – Corresponding score considering the total visibility achieved on the social media network(s) used.

5: Creativity Score – Corresponding score considering the variables described above.

6: Total Score – Sum of the Visibility and Creativity scores to determine the best performance. The minimum is two (2) points and the maximum is twenty (20) points.

FINAL RESULT:
At the end of the evaluation of the posts, a total of each post will be summed among the three (3) judges to determine the three (3) winners in order of score.

TIEBREAKER MEASURE:
In the unlikely event of a tie, one of the Scuba Dogs owners will evaluate the tied posts to determine the winner, considering the criteria determined objectively before a notarized lawyer.

NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS:
Selected participants will be notified by Scuba Dogs staff via phone call and/or in writing on or before Friday, October 16, 2026. Winners will have thirty (30) days from their notification to collect their winner’s certificate and claim their prize. Failure to claim the prize within the established period will result in forfeiture of the prize.
