THE EXPERIENCE

The Emergency First Response (EFR) course is a lifesaving training highly recommended for all individuals for their personal safety and that of their loved ones.  The program is designed to empower divers and non-divers alike on how to avoid and, if needs be, effectively manage incidents as emergency first responders.

Primary and Secondary Care training teaches you what to do in critical moments when an emergency occurs until more advanced medical services arrive. Learn follow the most current AB-CABS international guidelines, effectively perform CPR, provide first aid that stabilizes your patient and relieves pain, assess a variety of injuries and illnesses, practice bandaging and splinting, administer medical oxygen, apply an AED defibrillator, and more.

Aside from this certification being required by OSHA in the workplace, it is literally a lifesaver anywhere you go.
