TRAINING CURRICULUM
In :45 minutes sessions, the Stroke School training program focuses on advanced swimming skills and water safety drills including:
- Safety protocols
- Body positions
- Proper air recovery
- Diving skills
- Various kicking techniques
- Direction change
- Front and back flotation
- Forward and rotary movements
- Integrated displacement for:
– Freestyle
– Competitive Backstroke
– Elementary Backstroke
– Butterfly
– Breaststroke
– Sidestroke
– Open Water Swimming
FREE SWIM EVALUATION
Not sure which class level is the best option for you? No problem. Conduct a professional swim and water safety test to determine your current skill level. This will not only allow you to get to see our facilities and meet our certified Instructors, but we can also recommend the best training plan for you. Swim Evaluations are free of cost.
AQUATIC TUITION FEE
Swim lessons are offered through a Monthly Program. Subject to availability, students typically take one or two classes per week through an extended period to learn and master their swimming skills. The $50 Aquatic Tuition Fee is an initial charge to provide all materials including reward tokens, bands, and a personalized carabiner. This will help boost performance and monitor student progress. The aquatic tuition fee is valid for one (1) full year and renewed monthly when continuing with your classes.
GROUP SWIM LESSONS
Offered in small groups with no more than eight (8) participants, group lessons are very effective creating synergy, fun, and friendly competition that is constructive for all. Group sessions are always offered the same days and times to assure consistency month after month. Following are the date options and prices:
- Two (2) Lessons Per Week: $245 (approx. 8 classes per month) either Monday & Wednesday or Tuesday & Thursday.
- One (1) Lesson Per Week: $145 (approx. 4 classes per month) on Fridays or Saturdays.
- Separate Classes: $40 Available for taking separate single classes in any of the respective sessions, upon availability.
PRIVATE LESSONS
You may also consider Private Swim Lessons for you or your children. This option offers the full attention of an exclusive Instructor helping the student to learn better, faster, and safer catering to their specific learning interests and needs. This service is simply double the group rate. If two (2) or more students want to join the same private session, then only the first student pays double and others can join at regular rate.
EXTENDED PROGRAM
Just like learning to play a musical instrument or any new sport, learning to swim takes time. This is why we created the “Extended Aquatic Program” which offers 3 important benefits:

- Service Discount: 20% discount for 6 months or 30% discount for one year off your monthly fee
- Guaranteed Space: With this confirmation, we can guarantee the limited space for your swim lessons
- Your Goal: Through this extended mutual commitment, you can achieve your goals and expectations.

CRITERIA TO JOIN
All participants must meet these requirements:
- Skills – Advanced level, able to swim shallow and deep waters
- Age – Minimum 5 years and over, typically over 8 years
- Guardian– Surface support, not in water
GEAR CHECKLIST
Below is the aquatic gear that should be acquired for this level:
- REQUIRED
- Towel, single-piece swimsuit, goggles, swim cap (long hair), fins, kickboard, paddles, buoy, dry clothing
- RECOMMENDED
- Mesh bag, stability snorkel

Cancellation Policy
Payment is required to make your reservation and our duty is to provide the best possible service. This is our mutual commitment. Full refunds apply for cancellations in writing 48 hours and a 50% refund 24 hours prior to the service. We do not offer refunds for cancellations made less than 24 hours, late arrivals, no-shows, or extreme circumstances that may impede the service.
AVAILABILITY AGREEMENT
All bookings are subject to change due to factors like weather conditions, staff availability, quorum and unexpected events. If a reschedule is necessary, your flexibility to properly coordinate services is greatly appreciated.
PROCESSING FEES
All prices are based on our service only. A 17.5% processing fee is added at checkout to include the 10.5% state tax, 1% municipality tax, and 6% service fee. These charges are required to comply with government agencies and the booking platform. We sincerely appreciate your support.
